SECOND STRIKE: The heat wasnt on.

Nice place to bring family. A little bit more expensive than usual but all in all pretty good.

Been going here for years to bowl both for fun and on leagues. Always a good time with the classic lanes feel.

FINAL STRIKE: In our 2ND game in the SIX frame, our game was shut off. Confused, we confronted the front desk and was immediately greeted be a rude/condescending "Eric". Eric begans to incompetently explain the game was shut off because it wasn't completely paid for. By this time, my family was upset because we had in fact paid and were in the middle of an almost finished game. However, one of my family members was told by "Eric" prior to that game he didnt have to pay BUT was allowed to buy shoes. "Eric" even came down and gave a kiddie helper to that same fam member in the middle of THAT game. But then later told him he had to pay for THREE additional games to cover for the game that was shut off.The situation quickly escalted for "Eric" lied and said he was the manager when we asked for one, had a very nasty tone, getting loud at times, being demanding and throwing out smart remarks. Eric even had the audacity to tell me to MY face that I had not paid for a second game...needless to say it got ugly by then. "Erics" co-worker chimed in making matters worst! Seeing they both lacked professional customer skills and were not trying to resolve it, I asked for a manager again! According to the other co-worker no manager.. but the owner was there. We waited 10+minutes for him to return and how convenient, the owner wasnt there. I was handed a lame buisness card with Jeff Hartfield info on it.. yet "Eric" stated the owner WAS there and walked past us twice "laughing" when things got heated between us and the staff.

To spare any further details...I would strongly urge Black folks to NOT patronize Hartfield and go else where.I recommend @Rennisance Bowling Center, which is in fact Black-Owned.Places like this have NO problem taking your money, but really don't want your presence in their establishment. Hell, I would even urge White folks, because one of customers told my Mother that "they" did the same thing to them and was shorted out of 10$. So it seems Hartfield is trying to get over on customers any way they can. NEVER AGAIN!

THIRD STRIKE: The heat eventually did come on because there was a FIRE in the alley. The staff didn't apologize for the inconvenience and were rude when asking about other open lanes. So the once "Segregated" alley became "Intergrated"; because everyone was now conveniently moved over to the same area.

HOLIDAY HELL AT HARTFIELD!!

FIFTH STRIKE: the so called "Pitcher of Beer Policy."One of my family members was told that after purchasing a pitcher of beer and giving ONE cup that each person drinking had to show I.D.in order to get a cup. Yet seeing other patraonizers purchase pitchers of beer with multiple cups with NO issues.

What was supposed to be a day of family holiday fun turned into a complete,choatic,and utter disaster yesterday at this unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and racist establishment!

The food is quick to order and there are multiple full service bars throughout the establishment. Food is exactly what you look for and tastes great! I only wish they would serve a pitcher of water, I would pay for it. They always have open lanes and keep the place very clean. Great for large groups and small groups alike. Billards and the coin arcade are a great addition. Thanks guys!

FIRST STRIKE: in 2017 Hartsfields obviously uses some form of Neo-Segregation by placing all the "Whites" in one alley and the "Blacks" in another while "security" watches over that side.

FOURTH STRIKE: The food was rushed and undercooked. Probably due to the fact that they were understaffed at the snack bar; for the two employees were disgruntled and complaining with each other about their schedual confusion.

It was our first time there I took my son out he really enjoyed himself he want to come back again and it's a nice place to relax and enjoy bowling
